Wake Up Weight Zone

Wake Up Weight Zone is a weight training class offered early in the morning for individuals of all ages who are interested in getting a full-body workout before the work day begins.  Workouts will include a variety of weight lifting exercises designed to tone the entire body from head to toe.  Wake up with us, get the body moving and do something beneficial for yourself.

Certified Group X Instructor, Ashley Sherrell teaches this class.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • 6:10am start
  • 1 day per week: $30 per month
  • 2 days per week: $45 per month
